An interesting task was set for us here. Geckotech already had a great looking existing logo designed by another artist. They just wanted an updated design... we always have to be carefull in these situations. We don't ever take credit for, or steal, ideas from others. It is safer to get the original artist to modify their design. We always recommend this to clients first. Occasionaly some artists are no longer available or clients cannot remember the original artist to contact, but do not want to change their company name.
A new cartoon gecko was drawn, in a completely new position, a new font was used that did not occupy the same space. The new design is very different to the original.
We would show you the original for comparison but do not have permission to do so as we do not know who the original artist was.
